What You'll Need:
Canola Oil Spray
500 g lean Chicken Thigh, diced
2 Carrots (200 g), peeled & thinly sliced
1 MasterFoods™ Honey Mustard Chicken Cooking Sauce
1 cup dry Rice
How to make:
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add carrots and Cooking Sauce to pan. Stir through and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile cook rice to serve with your MasterFoods™ Honey Mustard Chicken.
