What You'll Need 250 g dry Pasta Canola Oil Spray 200 g Short Cut Bacon, diced 1 MasterFoods™ Carbonara Recipe Base 1 cup Light Thickened Cream (250 mL) ½ cup (65 g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
How to make
1. Cook pasta according to pack instructions.
2. Heat oil in pan over medium heat and fry bacon until browned.
3. Stir in Recipe Base, cream and parmesan cheese, simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Add cooked pasta to pan and stir to combine. For Something Different For added veggies, include 200 g of sliced mushrooms.
