What You'll Need Canola Oil Spray 1 Onion (160 g), sliced 500 g lean Beef Mince 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables (340 g) 1 MasterFoods™ Savoury Mince Recipe Base ¼ cup Water (60 mL) 1 cup dry Rice
How to make
1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Cook onion until soft.
2. Add mince and cook until browned.
3. Stir in frozen vegetables, Recipe Base and water, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft. 4. Meanwhile, cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Savoury Mince. For Something Different For extra veggies, add 200 g diced mushrooms.
