What You'll Need 200 g dry Flat Rice Noodles Canola Oil Spray 500 g lean Chicken Breast, sliced 1 Large Egg, lightly whisked 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli or Choy Sum (190 g), quartered 1 MasterFoods™ Sweet Thai Style Chicken Noodles Recipe Base 1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)
How to make
1. Cook noodles according to pack instructions.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add egg and Asian greens, stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove contents and set aside. 4. Add noodles, Recipe Base and sweet soy sauce into the empty pan. Stir through and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
5. Add chicken, egg and Asian greens back to the pan, stir through and serve. For Something Different Add 1 thinly sliced carrot (100 g) to the non-stick pan in step
2.
