What You'll Need​ ​​​Canola Oil Spray 500 g lean Beef Strips 1 Onion (160 g), sliced 1 Red Capsicum (200 g), deseeded & sliced 2 Bok Choy (300 g), sliced 1 MasterFoods™ Chinese Beef Stir Fry Recipe Base 1 cup dry Rice​

How to make ​​​​
1. Heat oil in wok on medium heat. Add beef and onion, cook until browned.
2. Add capsicum and cook until soft.
3. Add bok choy and Recipe Base, stir through and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Chinese Beef Stir Fry.​ For Something Different Turn it up a notch! Add 1 tsp of MasterFoods™ Chilli Flakes.
