What You'll Need Canola Oil Spray 2 Short Cut Bacon Rashers (70 g), diced 500 g lean Beef, cubed 1 Onion (160 g), diced 2 Carrots (200 g), diced 3 Celery Sticks (120 g), sliced 1 MasterFoods™ Country Beef Casserole Recipe Base 1 cup dry Rice
How to make
1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add bacon and beef and cook until browned.
2. Place bacon, beef, veggies and Recipe Base into a slow cooker and stir.
3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Country Beef Casserole. Please note slow cookers vary. Recipe is based on using a 3 litre slow cooker. Don't Have a Slow Cooker? Follow step 1, add veggies and Recipe Base to the pan and continue cooking for a further 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
