What You'll Need​ ​​​​​Canola Oil Spray 2 Short Cut Bacon Rashers (70 g), diced 500 g lean Beef, cubed 1 Onion (160 g), diced 2 Carrots (200 g), diced 3 Celery Sticks (120 g), sliced 1 MasterFoods™ Country Beef Casserole Recipe Base 1 cup dry Rice​

How to make ​​​​​​
1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add bacon and beef and cook until browned.
2. Place bacon, beef, veggies and Recipe Base into a slow cooker and stir.
3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Country Beef Casserole. Please note slow cookers vary. Recipe is based on using a 3 litre slow cooker.​ Don't Have a Slow Cooker? Follow step 1, add veggies and Recipe Base to the pan and continue cooking for a further 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
