What You'll Need​ ​​​​​Canola Oil Spray 500 g lean Chicken Breast, sliced 1 Red Capsicum (200 g), sliced 1 MasterFoods™ Creamy Thai Chicken Recipe Base ⅔ cup Light Coconut Milk (165 mL) 250 g Snow Peas, trimmed 1 cup dry Rice​

How to make
1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat and cook chicken until browned.
2. Add capsicum and cook until soft.
3. Add Recipe Base, coconut milk and snow peas. Stir through.
4. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until snow peas are tender.
5. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Creamy Thai Chicken Stir Fry.​ For Something Different Swap the chicken with 450 g firm tofu.
