1 Red Capsicum (200 g), deseeded & thickly sliced
1 Punnet (250 g) Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Onion (160 g), thickly sliced

How to make
1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (Fan Forced).
2. Place chicken, capsicum, cherry tomatoes and onion in a large bowl. Add contents of pouch and mix to combine, ensuring allingredients are coated well.
3. Transfer to a large baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is golden-brown. 4. Serve your MasterFoods™ Mediterranean Chicken Tray Bake with crusty bread or a side salad.
