What You'll Need​ ​Canola Oil Spray 500 g lean Chicken Breast, cubed 1 Leek (150 g), sliced 3 Carrots (300 g), peeled & sliced 2 Potatoes (300 g), peeled & diced 1 MasterFoods™ Farmhouse Chicken Casserole Recipe Base 1 cup dry Rice​

How to make ​​​​​​1​. Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Place chicken, veggies and Recipe Base into slow cooker and stir to combine.
3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Farmhouse Chicken Casserole. Please note slow cookers vary. This recipe is based on using a 3-litre slow cooker.​ Don't Have a Slow Cooker? Preheat oven to 180 °C (Conventional). Follow steps 1 - 2, swapping out the slow cooker for a medium sized oven dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
