What You'll Need Canola Oil Spray 500 g lean Chicken Breast, cubed 1 Leek (150 g), sliced 3 Carrots (300 g), peeled & sliced 2 Potatoes (300 g), peeled & diced 1 MasterFoods™ Farmhouse Chicken Casserole Recipe Base 1 cup dry Rice
How to make 1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Place chicken, veggies and Recipe Base into slow cooker and stir to combine.
3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 4. Meanwhile cook rice and serve with your MasterFoods™ Farmhouse Chicken Casserole. Please note slow cookers vary. This recipe is based on using a 3-litre slow cooker. Don't Have a Slow Cooker? Preheat oven to 180 °C (Conventional). Follow steps 1 - 2, swapping out the slow cooker for a medium sized oven dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
