Preparation: 10 mins, Cook:30 mins, Serves 4

What You'll Need: 500g diced beef 1/2 cup of MasterFoods Red Wine and Garlic Marinade 2 Carrots 140 g of tomato paste 1 cup of beef stock

HOW TO COOK:
1. Pan fry 500g of diced beef and then add 1/2 cup of marinade, 2 diced carrots, 2 diced potatoes, 140g of tomato paste and 1 cup of beef stock.
2. Bring casserole to the boil and then allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with rice.
